Day 1: Arrival and Welcome

Day 2: Pilates and Exploration
07:00 Wake up with a tray of hot water, lemon, mint and ginger, all fresh from the garden.
07:30-08:15 40-minute picturesque hike. Take in the wine vineyards, breathtaking views and the 16th Roman ruin at the end of the trail.
08:30-09:30 Continental breakfast on kitchen terrace overlooking the Cote d’Azur with amazing sea and mountain views
10:00-11:00 Pilates with Camilla Sparkes on the top west wing terrace
11:00-12:00 Time to Relax by the Pool

13:30 Excursion: Taxis to the famous Ventimiglia open market on the beach then explore the new Monaco port, Marina di ‘Cala del Forte’ or old town above the market.
17:00 Meet at Ventimigla train station to take taxis back to BBR Italia

Day 3: Hiking and Sightseeing

07:30-08:15 45-minute stunning hiking trail in the hills above Ventimiglia that rise up from the sea past an enormous olive grove and 5th century chapel
08:30-09:30 Continental breakfast on kitchen terrace overlooking the Cote d’Azur with amazing sea and mountain views

11:00-12:00 Time to Relax by the Pool

13:30 Excursion: Taxis to Dolceaqua medieval village that dates back to 1151, hike up a steep climb to Doria Castle 12th century and explore the environs and learn local history from Libet.
16:30-17:00 Meet in the main square at BIP cafe Dolceacqua
17:00 Taxis depart for wine-tasting tour at Foresti Vineyard, Camporosso
18:30 Taxis to BBR Italia

Day 4: Pilates and Departure

BBR owner Libet Sterling is a trained psychotherapist who attended the Kranti Yoga Teaching School in Goa, India, in 2019. She runs the hospitality side of BBR Italia and hires the best pilates, yoga and fitness instructors for her retreats (from Europe and America). She has run many successful private retreats (Saint Tropez, France, Sotogrande, Spain, Rishikesh, India) and is presently in Camporosso, Italy.
She has been an Airbnb super hostess for years at her properties in London and Saint Tropez and is currently in Camporosso, Italy. Her joy and passion is to share her beautiful villa with others, design inspiring retreats and make new relationships.

Camilla Sparkes trained in London in 1998 and is certified as a teacher in Lotte Berk (ballet barre) and Pilates. She has worked in several London gyms and, since 2020, has run her own online classes from her studio in Mougins, France.
She also works from her home in London, giving classes five mornings a week and teaches private clients on request.
